Why study in CBNU?
Sejak berdirinya Universitas Nasional Chungbuk tahun 1951, sudah ada lebih dari 15 juta lulusan yang membantu dan berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan sosial, lokal dan global. CBNU saat ini menempati peringkat 1 sebagai universitas dengan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa tertinggi di Korea Selatan.CBNU adalah satu-satunya universitas yang mendapatkan hibah program khusus di bidang semikonduktor dan teknologi informasi oleh pemerintah Korea. Hasilnya, Sekolah Tinggi Teknik memenangkan sekitar US $ 25.000.000 dari pemerintah untuk pelatihan tenaga kerja berkualitas, seperti yang dipersyaratkan dalam industri, dengan menyediakan program berbasis pengalaman (1994–1999). Sekolah Teknik Elektro dan Ilmu Komputer telah dianugerahi program Brain Korea 21 dengan hibah tahunan jutaan dolar, sementara tim peneliti Fisika dan Farmasi telah memenangkan hibah penelitian.

Fun fact
- CBNU dibuka sebagai "Sekolah Tinggi Pertanian Junior Cheongju" (청주 초급 농과 대학) pada tahun 1951, kemudian pada tanggal 31 Desember 1977, perguruan tinggi tersebut berganti nama menjadi Universitas Nasional Chungbuk

- Deungyoungkwan Dormitory = 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000 KRW untuk 4 bulan, dengan fasilitas Ruang Belajar, Gym, Ruang Tenis Meja, dan 2 siswa per kamar.
- BTL Dormitory = 1,100,000 ~ 1,300,000 KRW untuk 4 bulan, dengan fasilitas Restaurant, Laundry room, Toko serba ada, dan 2 siswa per kamar.
- Deungyoungkwan Dormitory = 900,000 ~ 1,100,000 KRW untuk 2 bulan di Summer atau Winter

Campus Life
Cultural Activities
Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan 4 kali dalam setahun dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan budaya korea kepada mahasiswa international serta pergi rekreasi. Tujuan: Everland Amusement park, Lotte World, Caribbean Bay Water park, Jeonju Hanok Village, Seoul Palace Tour, Korean Minsok Village etc.Art Class
Untuk meningkatkan tingkat kreativitas mahasiswa serta memperkenalkan budaya korea selatan. Kegiatannya antara lain K-pop Cover dance, Korean Food Cooking class, Korean Martial arts etc.Field Trip
Mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan rasa tanggung jawab serta kerjasama antar tim. Kegiatan: Campus tour, Hyangyo visit, Museum, Bowling etc.
